On-site ULT storage is coming to Orange County

Our monitored cold-storage facility opens October 2026, with expanded capacity in Spring 2027 — a new option for teams that need overflow, buffer, or disaster-recovery ULT space.

For years, biopharma, aerospace, and research teams across Southern California have told us the same thing: when a −80°C freezer goes down, or a shipment arrives before the new unit lands on the dock, there's nowhere local to put the material. Dry ice runs out. Techs drive coolers across three counties. Programs slip.

What we're building

A monitored, on-site ultra-low temperature storage facility in Orange County, opening October 2026, with an expansion phase scheduled for Spring 2027. The site will host a mix of −80°C, −30°C, and 2–8°C storage under 24/7 monitoring, with documented temperature records, alarm response, and secure chain-of-custody for regulated material.
